Verve Developments has had its hands, and feet for that matter, in the OSC source code for 6 years now. In fact, we are very well 'versed' in many carts, all running off the osc platform, (of course!!) such as Cube Cart, CreLoaded, osCPro, osCMax, and the like. Other carts have been developed but not from the Open Source community
